Does STUDIBAGS.COM deliver internationally?
At the moment we only deliver to addresses within Switzerland.
How long does shipping take?
Usually you receive your shipment one to three business days after you've placed your order with STUDIBAGS.COM.
How much does shipping cost?
If the value of your order is CHF 100.- or greater, shipping and handling is free. For orders below CHF 100.- we charge CHF 6.50 for shipping and handling.
What if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
Our products are all shipped by DPD. In case the DPD driver won't find anybody at your address he will leave an information flyer with his phone number at your door. You can then call that number and arrange to have the parcel delivered on another day.
Where can I check the status of my order?
We will send you an email whenever the status of your order gets changed (confirmed, shipped, etc.). Moreover, you can always check the status in your personal account on STUDIBAGS.COM.
How can I change or delete my STUDIBAGS.COM account information?
You can change the information at all times by logging in to your account on STUDIBAGS.COM. In case you would like to delete your account, please send us an email from the email address you use for your STUDIBAGS.COM account containing your information (name, address, phone nr.) and we will delete your account for you. Please consider that an account, once deleted, cannot be restored.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Simply click the "Forgot your password?" link on the account log-in page and you immediately receive a new password by email.
Is the payment by credit card on STUDIBAGS.COM secure?
STUDIBAGS.COM uses for all credit card transactions PayPal, the world's leading company for credit card transactions over the internet. PayPal guarantees highest security standards. Furthermore, all your other personal information which you transmit during the order process (such as name, address) are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
What about customer privacy?
All personal information which is transferred from the customer to STUDIBAGS.COM is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We only transfer information to third parties which is necessary to complete your order (e.g. address to DPD for delivery). All your personal information will be treated confidentially.

Unfortunately I don't like my product. What can I do?
STUDIBAGS.COM offers all its customers 30-day returns. Please consider the following conditions:
- Please contact us (contact form on STUDIBAGS.COM) before you return any merchandise.
- The merchandise has to be in its original condition and packaging (including labels).
- Shipping fees for returns are usually paid by the customer.
- In case the returned merchandise gets damaged or lost during delivery we cannot refund any costs. We therefore recommend using insured delivery for return shipments.
How can I pay?
You can pay using your credit card, your PayPal account, your PostFinance Card or PostFinance E-Finance. The payment process is handled either by PayPal or PostFinance, depending on the payment method you choose.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Due to us delivering all merchandise by DPD, we unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
